1. Booking and Reservations

All bookings at Tuljai Homestay are subject to availability and confirmation. Guests are required to provide accurate information at the time of booking. Failure to provide accurate information may result in the cancellation of the booking.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the check-in date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the check-in date may incur a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are required in full at the time of booking or upon arrival, depending on the booking terms. Tuljai Homestay accepts cash, credit, and debit card payments. For corporate bookings, special payment arrangements may be made upon prior agreement.

5. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect other guests, staff, and property. Any damage caused to property by the guest or their visitors will result in a repair or replacement charge.

6. Smoking and Pets

Smoking is not permitted inside rooms. Designated smoking areas are available for guests. Pets are not allowed on the premises.

7. Liability

Tuljai Homestay is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of guests. Guests are advised to keep their valuables in a safe place or use the lockers provided in rooms where available.

8. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Any personal information provided during the booking process will be kept confidential and used solely for communication and guest services.

9. Modification of Terms

Tuljai Homestay reserves the right to change or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be posted on our website and available at the front desk.
